I was over at Necole Bitchie's site and spotted this video of Mariah Carey accepting an International Film Award for Breakthrough Actress in the powerful 2009 film "Precious". Baby girl was definitely WASTED! hahaha. I'm not even mad though because she gave fair warning before she began her speech, "Please forgive me, because I'm a little bit, um ..". LMAO! I'm sure her hubby Nick Cannon will have something to say in her defense :-p Check out the video below:
